TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. For bookings where the arrival date is more
   than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking
   must be paid to confirm the booking. The
   remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of
   the check-in date.
2. Regular reminders will be sent to settle the
   outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If
   we have not received the remaining 50% of the
   booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the
   right to cancel the reservation and enforce the
   cancellation policy.
3. If the initial 50% payment has not been
   received within 48 hours of making the booking,
   the booking will be cancelled.
4. For bookings where the arrival date is less than
   7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must
   be paid to confirm the booking.
5. Under no circumstances will keys be given to
   the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
6. Cancellation of the booking more than 15 days
   before check in date will result in a charge of
   50% of the booking value.
7. Cancellation of the booking within 15 days of
   check in date will result in a charge of 100% of
   the booking value
